Apartamento excepcional para familias
Aspectos positivos: Ubicación excepcional al lado del puente de las Peixateries, y cerca estación tren, a 10-15 minutos andando. Con todos los servicios cerca, justo debajo hay un supermercado. El apartamento está totalmente reformado y es muy cómodo, luminoso, cocina muy completa y con básicos de limpieza. Las habitaciones con 2 camas son pequeñas, tampoco se necesita más cuando se está de turismo. Y la zona de estar tiene un sofa muy grande con espacio para todos. Comunicación con la agencia muy buena, llegaron con las llaves a la hora indicada.
Aspectos negativos: No es tema del apartamento sino de la ciudad, el sistema de recogida de basuras es tedioso. Según el día que se abandone el apartamento te tienes que llevar parte de la basura a cuestas. Algunos temas menores (plato del microondas, patas de un somier) que fueron comunicados a la agencia y supongo se habrán solucionado. Repetiría en cualquier caso en este apartamento u otro de esta agencia.

Lovely stay in Girona
Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. The accommodation was very clean and quiet. The owner/ agency were very responsive to any questions. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. Girona was a lovely city to explore on foot right from the flat. Taxi rank 5 mins walk away and buses nearby.
Aspectos negativos: We liked everything. (Could have done with a few more mugs !) There are quite a few stairs to go up but there is a lift. Disposing of rubbish took a bit of working out

Perfect location & apartment to explore Girona as a family.
Aspectos positivos: Power shower , well equipped apartment, central location. Very clean. Staff very responsive . Highly recommend. We were able to store our luggage as we arrived early. Transfer to airport was arranged by staff and was timely as we booked transfer at 4:20. A reliable service.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Perfect location
Aspectos positivos: This really is a perfectly located apartment. There is a great little supermarket right outside, a couple of other interesting shops and cafes on the doorstep. It really is in the heart of Girona, you can easily walk to all the best attractions. Inside is very comfortable, excellent black out blinds, practically everything you might need as a family is provided. The hosts are excellent, fantastic communication and kindly allowed us to check in early. The place was clean and very comfortable.
Aspectos negativos: Only things I can think of was I couldn't find the brush/broom to go with the dustpan. Also, I do think the air conditioning is a little on the poor side. Only one a/c in the living area seemed to work well and the others were not very good at all. However the bedrooms do all have nice quiet ceiling fans so it was OK. I think if we had visited during very hot weather it might have bothered me more.

Clean, comfy, great location
Aspectos positivos: Great location and very comfortable beds and layout for a 2 night stay. Brand new and nicely done. Small lift but I think that’s normal in these buildings.
Aspectos negativos: The agent gave us parking information for either free parking or paid parking 7-10 mins walk away (a pain with big bags in narrow cobbled streets) but there is also a paid parking right below the building! It just ust doesn’t have a relationship with the agent. So recommend you get these details.

Aspectos positivos: Goede locatie, lekkere bedden, grote keuken met voldoende servies/ glazen en kookbenodigheden, fijne grote bank en tv. Supermarkt op 1 minuut lopen. Contact met de verhuurders was heel fijn, ze reageerden heel snel op vragen.
Aspectos negativos: Dunne muren tussen de slaapkamers

Appartement très bien placé et confortable !
Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement, le confort de la literie et l'esthétique.
Aspectos negativos: Le manque de vaisselles (3 verres à vin pour 6, idem pour les tasses), quelques dégradations (placard cuisine cassé, plinthes salle de bain, etc)
