Aspectos positivos: Un ático precioso. Camas muy cómodas. Ubicación ideal.

Aspectos negativos: Le falta algo de mantenimiento.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es absolutamente recomendable para una estancia corta o larga en Girona. Muy bien ubicado, con diferentes cuartos para el uso cómodo de varias personas, balcones y terraza con vista. Asimismo lo encontramos limpio y ordenado. Nos hemos quedado con la mejor impresión del lugar, además los anfitriones han sido muy amables.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el tamaño, la decoración y las vistas.

Aspectos negativos: No salía agua caliente en la ducha de abajo.

Aspectos positivos: Location is great, close to all the attractions. Roomy apartment with nice balconies with great views. Master bedroom is huge but the other bedrooms are small for couples, especially bedrooms 3&4 where the beds took the width of the room.

Aspectos negativos: Living areas are air conditioned but not the bed rooms. The plumbing leaked in the kitchen and hot water was very slow to come through in the upper bedroom on-suite bathroom. Overall the place was a little rundown and in need of a bit of a spruce up.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice apartment, good location, well equipped.

Aspectos negativos: Parking. We payd extremly high amount for parking of 2 cars, approx 800 meters from apartment. Owner should make a list with proposals and instructions with free parking and payd parking. Explain to foreigners how park8ng system is working. What are color codes on street parking. Any help would be welcommed. A deal with a parking house for better rates for customers would be even more appreciated.

Very good place to spend some days right in the heart of Girona city.

Aspectos positivos: I traveled to Girona due to business with my work colleagues. We stayed in Flateli and really loved the location, the apartment (in general) and the parking provided. We never met the staff but it was not needed because they were always reachable by e-mail and phone, and always ready to help in case of any doubt or difficulty.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing we would stand out negatively were the showers, the water pressure was just too low and in the beginning we were having trouble on understanding why the water in the bathroom on the entry level floor was not heating. Still, the staff was in contact with me via e-mail the whole time and fixed at least the heating problem.

Highly recommend this place and Girona, we had a blast.

Aspectos positivos: If you fly to Girona this is a perfect place to stay! Walking distance to all the beautiful spots that Girona offers. We were with a group of 7 and it was very specious for all of us. On the top floor there is an ensuite bedroom with a terrace. Air con on both floors. Great view from every balcony/terrace. There are a lot of great restaurants around, and a small coffee shop just in front of the building if you want quick coffee. Small convenience shop just in the next building. Highly recommend this place.

Aspectos negativos: Instructions were to pick keys from the lockbox but sadly there were no keys inside. After contacting Flateli we picked up the keys from their office. Could be a problem if the situation would happen after closing hours of the main office in Girona.
