Great location for a family holiday

Aspectos positivos: Amazing location, close to town, check in was quick and easy

Stylish and exceptionally well-equipped with stunning views

Aspectos positivos: Lovely stylish villa in excellent location. Fabulous views of the city from the main bedroom. Very well kitted out for six people; plentiful crockery and cutlery, enough dining and comfortable seating (although we did take one of the armchairs from the snug through to the sitting room). Great outside space, especially the large table and chairs. The owners have now added a kettle to the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen (presumably after a previous reviewer’s suggestion).

Aspectos negativos: Mosquitoes, as mentioned in an earlier review. There were a couple of citronella candles and we bought a couple more, but they didn’t really deter them. There were also a couple of other taller candles, but we didn’t know what they were - no info given - so we didn’t use them. An insect screen over the kitchen door would be useful as it’s the door most often opened. And, as previously suggested, some hints on how to deter the mosquitoes. On two occasions the boiler malfunctioned due to rain seeping into the basement. On the first occasion the owner rectified the situation and hot water was restored within a couple of hours; unfortunately on the second occasion we were without hot water all day. Apparently this rarely happens - only if it rains heavily. It didn’t really affect our stay as overall we loved the villa, but it was inconvenient.

Aspectos positivos: Logement très bien placé, proche du centre historique. Très grand, parfait pour un grand groupe, tout le monde à de la place. La piscine était très appréciable. La terrasse également. Communication facile avec Raül.

Aspectos negativos: Beaucoup de moustiques, mais les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien ! Le syteme de ramassage des poubelles à domicile et de dépôt dans les bornes n'est pas pratique du tout, mais là encore, les propriètaires n'y peuvent rien !

Fantastische villa op een heerlijk rustige locatie, dichtbij het historische centrum met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantj

Aspectos positivos: Perfecte locatie. Heerlijk rustig in het groen en tegelijkertijd op loopafstand van nog geen tien minuten naar het historische centrum. En het huis is zeer comfortabel en ruim. Uitstekende airco en wifi.

Aspectos negativos: Wij waren geen fan van het zwembad. Wiebelige trap en relatief klein.
