Amazing villa that needs a few minor improvements

Aspectos positivos: The bedrooms and downstairs area are spacious, with the balcony bedroom offering particularly beautiful views, especially at night. The garden is a delightful spot, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The pool is a great size and matches the photos perfectly. The downstairs living/dining room is clean, cozy, and features a very comfortable sofa. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the main restaurant area in Sagaro and a 5-10 minute taxi or drive to Platja d’Aro.

Aspectos negativos: A few small and simple improvements could greatly enhance the enjoyment of this villa. Providing basic amenities such as salt, pepper, and a surface cleaner would be convenient, especially for longer stays like ours of 10 days. Fixing the kitchen bin and the downstairs toilet, which currently requires manual adjustment to flush, would be helpful. Adding a net to clear the pool would be beneficial as well. There is a damp smell in the kitchen and its drawers, so everything had to be washed before use. Ensuring the window in the top bathroom can be closed would help keep mosquitoes out. A mirror in the main bedroom would be a nice addition. The TV currently offers one English channel; access to a smart TV for streaming services would be a great feature, particularly during bad weather. These are very minor issues in comparison to the overall enjoyment of the villa, but addressing them would make the experience even better.
