Aspectos positivos: Nos encanto el trato de Sara la anfitriona, que cuida hasta el mas minimo detalle para que la estancia se haga inolvidable, tanto que tiene a un geologo llamado Carlos que es un experto en la historia de Girona y te explica detalladamente con pelos y señales todos los acontecimientos ocurridos en la ciudad y los origenes de la finca, realmente es una experiencia historica y en todo momento te sientes un privilegiado de estar entre esas cuatro paredes que han significado y representado tanto en la historia de esa gran ciudad, cabe comentar que es el unico edificio en el que se puede estar en la muralla original de Girona ya que la grande y la que todos conocemos normalmente se construyó despues para proteger la primera, en definitiva si quereis sentir la magia de la historia y transportaros al pasado con todas las comodidades del siglo XXI sin duda debeis visitar como minimo una vez en la vida AS, PALAU DELS ALEMANYS.

Aspectos negativos: Imposoble que algo no me haya gustado.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento es impresionante y Sara desprende un entusiasmo y amor por su casa que te contagia. No es para menos. Es un lugar exclusivo.

Una experiencia maravillosa

Aspectos positivos: Todo ha sido maravilloso. Más que un alojamiento, una experiencia. Un edificio cargado de historia, arreglado con mucho respeto y buen gusto, con todas las comodidades y servicios actuales. Muchos detalles de cortesía y una atención inmejorable por parte de Sara. Muy buena la bienvenida con la explicación del geólogo sobre la historia del Palau. Y las suites, llenas de encanto.

Aspectos positivos: Edificio histórico completamente reformado, con un encanto especial. Tanto Sara como Carlos estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades a lo largo de nuestra estancia. Nos alojamos en la suite El Tinell, un espacio de ensueño. Por cierto, la cama muy confortable y las instalaciones de 10, no falta detalle. Volveremos!

Aspectos positivos: What a great place to stay. Well looked after apartments and building from the 14th century. Sara and Carlos were very welcoming giving a history of the place and the city on arrival. Position is in the center of the old town which was ideal. The team were easily contactable and were always attentive throughout the stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Historically unique and charming site

Aspectos positivos: For historical interest, location and uniqueness, this place is hard beat. A Roman wall is part of the property and there are several different layers of history integrated into the building. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed (hard to come by in Spain), a great view and quaint fixtures. I love the fact that the elevator opens up directly into our room.

Aspectos negativos: Though it is quite charming, the sound of the cathedral bells did wake me up. It is a small price to pay for such a lovely and historically rich location. It would be helpful to have an automated light come on more immediately when you first walk into the reception area at night. It can take a moment for the light to come on and there is a step that is easy to trip on if you're not careful.

An unrivalled, excellent property and visitor experience.

Aspectos positivos: Exceptional design, furnishings and specification. Scrupulously clean and well-equipped. A very caring welcome and service throughout our stay from owner Sara. Carlos gave us a fascinating, expert talk on the building's history.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing that we didn't like. The property and our stay in it were superb.

The apartment was wonderful and Girona is such a beautiful city I would definitely like to stay here

Luxurious apartment in old Girona

Aspectos positivos: The special feeling you get by staying at a place with such an interesting history. Sara is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special (delivered a heat bag for my husband's sore back!!). A supercomfortable bed, incredible views, an elevator that opens into the very large and light apartment! A private tour onto the old wall, which is part of the complex, champagne included! Location is impossible to beat.

A stunning romantic getaway in the heart of the beautiful old city of Girona. Very highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: It was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in. A stunning building which has been very carefully and thoughtfully renovated. It has been beautifully furnished. Sara who runs the property could not have been more helpful or friendly. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we were made to feel very special indeed. It is situated right in the heart of the old city near the cathedral and a short walk into the shops and restaurants.
