Aspectos positivos: Great location! Away from all the noise but walking distance to all attractions and the beach. Availability to park on the street or in front of the apartment on the grass. The assigned parking space was needed during the weekend. Kitchen appliances and kitchenware like pots and pans, utensils, and plates looked brand new and in awesome condition and quantities. The drying rack for the clothes was available. If coming outside of the season, the nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. 5 min walk to a bakery that's open in the afternoons. 24/7 customer service number. The maintenance person arrived within 3 hours.

Aspectos negativos: If you are planning or renting a car, plan on getting the smallest car possible. The entry to the assigned parking space is very tight, and parts of the ceiling are low. I had a Nissan Juke, and it felt like a giant trying to park it in the assigned space. The washer needs to have the lock on the door checked or replaced. It took multiple times of opening and closing the washer doors to start the washer. The apartment had a musty smell - we might've been the first renters of the season. You need to go to a different town to pick up and drop off the keys - about 10 min drive. Make sure to communicate your arrival time and clarify how the keys will be picked up and how you should drop off the keys to avoid any confusion. Not enough electrical outlets, so you may want to bring a power strip. If you blow a fuse, reset them all, EVEN if they look like they have not been tripped :)
