Very good location, neat flat.

Aspectos positivos: Picking up keys in the middle of town was not easy with all the one way streets, even google maps was confused.

Aspectos negativos: Meet and greet at the flat itself would be better.

Comfortable apartment with a great view!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and has a nice view over the beach and sea from the fourth floor. It’s clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is good in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 minute walk to Palamós centre. Early check-in was possible free of charge. Very dog friendly (extra €25 charge for the whole stay). Free parking outside behind a barrier.

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom is very small and poorly finished in details. The shower door is not mounted properly or does not fit properly, which results in a water ballet on the floor while showering. There is some mold in the joints of the wall tiles. The master bedroom is not a separate room, but a space that can be separated by a curtain. Fine for a party of two, but not ideal if you are traveling with more people. Bed linen, towels and such are not included! Extra charge of €20 per person. A bit of a money-making scam because for the price of the apartment you would expect it to be included.

Aspectos positivos: Хорошее расположение, вид из окна, отлично укомплектована кухня, отзывчивый персонал. Фото соответствует действительности. Рядом супермаркеты. Хороший пляж.

Aspectos negativos: Не хватало штор от солнца.

Sehr schön aber mit absehbarem Renovierungsbedarf

Aspectos positivos: Tolle, überraschend ruhige Lage mit beeindruckender Aussicht. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geschickt geschnitten und wirkt dadurch deutlich größer als es eigentlich ist. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Dazu, dass die Strandpromenade zur Zeit tagsüber) gerade umgebaut wird, kann der Vermieter nichts und so sehr schlimm war es nicht.

Aspectos negativos: Das Bad war zwar für unseren Aufenthalt gut zu nutzen, ist aber handwerklich nicht gut gemacht und deshalb dringend zu renovieren, damit es auch längerfristig ok bleibt. Es könnte sein, dass uns in der Hauptsaison etwas zu viel Trubel wäre. Aber in der ersten Reihe am Strand dürft das nicht überraschen.
