Apartament Bella Terra

Aspectos positivos: Modern apartment, close to the beach with access to lots of restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: Parking place 8min walks from the apartment! And garage size way too small for our car so we had to park in the parking lot close to our apartment. Since parking is supplied, distance from apartment should have been clearly mentioned in the rental description to be transparent with the clients! Parking lot close to apartment: free during the week days in low season. Why not informing customers about it ? Key box to be picked up at the agency located in a very crowded street where parking is almost impossible to find! Why not putting key boxes inside the hall of the residence like most rentals do ? Garbage : 5min walk from apartment. Again why ??? Apartment is great but honestly never seen such a complicated logistics with keys, parking and garbage!! Also noise isolation poor : we could hear neighbours upstairs and inside the common staircase, and music all night coming from the restaurant underneath as we were on 1st floor...

Beautiful, big stay very close to the city center of Palamos. Towels and bed sheets cost extra!

Aspectos positivos: The property is very beautiful! Superb everything. Some finishes are very luxurious and put together with lots of taste. The place is big enough for a big group, the beds are ok. It doesn’t have a balcony but it is very close to the beach and the city center of Palamós. The kitchen has all utensils that you might need. The flat was found spotless clean. Very nice place to stay. The staff allowed us to check in 2 hours before. (Plus for the staff!)

Aspectos negativos: Bed sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED!!!! It is 20 euros/per person - it really changes the final price, if travelling with a party of 6. The parking lot is not at the property so if you have lots of luggage you will need to carry it, as you CAN NOT park in front of the building. We ended up paying our own parking spot close to the property (15 EUR/night on top) The beds are luxurious and pretty nice, however they have a waterproof mattress cover that make you sweat and makes the bed very warm. Of course you have A/C to counteract this, but in my case with a 5-month old baby I could use the A/C all night long. You need to pick up the keys in the city center and return them in the same place. In the end your arrival looks like this: Pick-up the keys, moving back to the flat (with car 15 min because of traffic through the center), then putting everything out of the car, *RUN* to move the car away from the building because the police station is close and they don’t allow to park on the way, go back to park the at 8 minutes away, walking back to the property.

Aspectos positivos: L'apartament és preciós, còmode i ben situat. El personal molt amable.

Aspectos negativos: Que s'hagués de pagar a part els llençols i tovalloles O els haguessis de portar de casa. No m'hi havia trobat mai!!

Prachtig appartement

Aspectos positivos: Heel mooi appartement, precies zoals op de foto's. Fijne bedden en mooi ingerichte keuken. prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de haven/zee. Alles was erg schoon.

Aspectos negativos: Het water werd nergens warm. Niet in de douches en ook niet in de keuken/badkamer. Klein beetje onhandig dat je de sleutel in het voetgangersgebied op moet halen. De parkeerplaats is een kleine 10 min lopen vanaf het appartement en vrij krap.
