Alcam Tamariu

Lovely apartment in a great location badly managed by Alcam.

Aspectos positivos: The Apartment was lovely with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. It was generally well appointed but the bathroom was a little tired with the shower needing some maintenance

Aspectos negativos: What we didn’t like was the rather poor performance of Alcam the managers of the apartment. We were told to park in a specific place and retrieve the key from a key safe. All fine,but there was no details about how to access the apartment. We were not told that the name on the key fob related to the name of a vertical grouping of the apartment. We were also told that the apartment was identified as B on a specific floor when in fact apartments were identified numerically. After a great deal of stress and not a little help from kind neighbours we eventually located the apartment. All this could have been avoided if Alcam had taken the trouble to check the facts. In one WhatsApp exchange I was even told the apartment had the same number as the parking space 15 wrong! After about 40mins we eventually found the apartment only to discover that the internet details were wrong so we were unable to log on. Very frustrating and after repeated contact with Alcam the matter was not resolved and we just gave up. Bearing in mind that apartment was advertised as having good internet access throughout. To sum up the apartment was lovely but Alcam the managers based in Barcelona were very poor.

Ein schönes gemütliches Apartmentmit tollem Pool in einem zauberhaften Ort

Aspectos positivos: Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Apartment ist ruhig und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr praktisch, dass es ein paar Dinge wie Spülmittel, Gewürze, Kaffee etc. gab. Der Pool ist wirklich riesig und toll, die Anlage sehr gepflegt (es war im April nur noch ein bisschen kalt, um ihn ausgiebig zu nutzen).

Aspectos negativos: Die vielen Duftstäbchen überall (da fragt man sich, was übertüncht werden soll?), die mögen wir nicht so gern. Wir waren es auch nicht gewöhnt, so viel ausfüllen zu müssen und eine Kaution zu hinterlassen, wenn man bei Booking bucht. Aber die Kaution wurde sehr schnell zurücküberwiesen. 👍🏼

Aspectos positivos: Tot fantàstic, molt còmode, cuina molt ben equipada. Piscina exterior sensacional. Molt tranquil.

Espectacular

Aspectos positivos: Apartament molt cuidat i net. Terrassa esplèndida. Amabilitat de la propietària. Entre setmana molt tranquil. Te tot el necessari (inclòs bressol i trona). És dogfriendly (de veritat, sense suplements). Nevera i congelador espaiosos. Plaça de parking còmode.

Aspectos negativos: El rentavaixelles és una mica vell i no renta gaire bé (però és un luxe tenir-ne,així que seria prescindible...).
