Aspectos positivos: Llegamos tarde por culpa de un atasco, avisamos y no nos puso ningún problema el propietario, al contrario, nos dijo que no pasaba nada. Llegamos y enseguida nos atendió genial, nos dio información de sitios de Lloret de Mar, para comer y aparcar, el apartamento muy limpio y en primera línea de playa!!! Para dormir en las habitaciones, los colchones muy cómodos y zona tranquila de descanso. Trato de 10 todo, para repetir 😉

We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anybody coming to Lloret de Mar.
Aspectos positivos: Our host Willy met us and brought us to the apartment. He was so welcoming and friendly and very helpful. He was at the end of the phone whenever we needed any information. The property was very clean had all facilities and was so central
Aspectos negativos: There was no balcony to sit outside but there was a communal rooftop terrace.

Fantastic host, would happily stay here again
Aspectos positivos: Had a really lovely stay here. Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by and only a minute from the beach. Bunk beds were plenty big enough and comfortable for adults but would also be great for families. Very accommodating of our late check in even after our flight was delayed and we could keep our bags stored after check out while we waited for our flight home.

Aspectos positivos: l’host è stato molto cordiale, gentile ed accogliente, inoltre al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con delle birre!! ; posizione perfetta (2 minuti dalla spiaggia e 10 minuti dai locali notturni); televisione molto grande; armadi spaziosi.
Aspectos negativos: c’è solamente un bagno (noi eravamo 6); forno non funzionante; terrazza ad uso comune

Aspectos positivos: Розташування супер! До моря 2 хв., супермаркети поряд. Дуже сподобалася акустична система в великій кімнаті.
Aspectos negativos: У великій кімнаті два дивани для відпочинку продавлені, вже їм час на смітник. Не попередили заздалегідь, що не працює духовка, просто повісили оголошення на ній, що не працює, а ми на неї дуже розраховували. Не було мікроволновки, що теж не зручно. Коли вмикали одночасно пральну машину та чайник вибивало світло, нас про це не попередив власник і нам довелося вирішувати цю проблему самостійно, довго шукали автомат, він був у маленькій спальні зліва від входу. Тераса не власна, а для загального користування і знаходиться на останньому поверсі, використовується тільки для сушіння білизни, також там постійно сохне постіль з апартаментів. Постіль не віддають у професійне прання, самі перуть, що дуже дивно.

Perfekte Lage !
Aspectos positivos: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Und die Lage des Apartments war perfekt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Und das Preisleistung Verhältnis war super.. Würde es bei einem Besuch in Lloret de Mar nochmal buchen.

Aspectos negativos: Équipement cuisine : four HS, pas de grille pain, Manque de couvertures 1ère nuit froide (hôte nous en a fourni le lendemain) Cet appartement très bien placé possède une terrasse mais partagée et pas attenante à l’appartement

ci siamo trovate benissimo sia con il proprietario che per la posizione e le condizioni della casa
Aspectos positivos: La casa è molto ampia e dotata di vari confort, aria condizionata, televisione, wi-fi, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè e lavatrice. La posizione è centralissima, in due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia mentre la via principale con i vari locali notturni a 10 minuti a piedi; sotto casa ci sono negozi d’abbigliamento, bar e ristoranti. Lo consiglio vivamente

Aspectos positivos: De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en we konden eerder inchecken dan verwacht. Ieder van ons kreeg een sleutel er was al water en koffie aanwezig. Ook een bluetooth muziek systeem en televisie ontbraken niet. Perfect host!
Aspectos negativos: De stapelbedden zijn 1 meter 90 en de douche was aan de kleine kant, maar warmwater via de geiser is nooit op vergeleken met veel andere in spanje met een boiler.
