It is a tourist apartment building, completely modernized and recently restored, located on the lively city of Lloret De Mar, in a large green area and about 700 meters from Lloret beach. The Costamar apartments feature a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped with cooking basics, as well as a private bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings. Through a path and on foot you can reach the beach in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket 200 meters away and the bus stop 50 meters away. The Costamar apartments have free parking for your private car. They have a large garden with a seasonal outdoor pool, located on the other side of the avenue. On the third floor there is a large terrace with barbecue, you can eat on it. There is general wifi in all the common elements and exclusive inside the apartments. They have air conditioning. Apartamentos Costamar can be reached taking the GI-682 motorway, and is less than 20 minutes’ drive from Blanes. Girona is 45 km away. (The property requests a damage deposit of €200 once guests arrive at the property).

Aspectos positivos: La piscina está muy bien, grande y con entorno bonito. El apartamento es lo suficientemente grande y en recepción, una chica joven, nos atendió muy amablemente dándonos información sobre Lloret.

Aspectos positivos: La terraza del apartamento muy amplía. Ventanales de PVC de buen tamaño, por lo que el aislamiento era muy bueno y era muy luminoso. La piscina muy limpia y muy bien ubicada en una zona arbolada. Muy tranquilo. La atención de Pilar fue estupenda.

the stay was pleasent, the owners communicate well and resolve most problems and are very nice people, the trip was enjo

Aspectos positivos: provided dish soap and kitchen towel, they gave us 2 towels for free that otherwise cost 2€ per towel, they quickly resolved an issue with the refrigerator, had good comunication

Aspectos negativos: air conditioning doesn't work, no hand soap, two seperate mattresses on the bed

Absolutely loved it.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was amazing and we had a stunning view from the 3rd floor. We asked for a one bedroom apartment but was given a two bedroom which was fantastic. The apartment was very clean inside. The Receptionist was very helpful and gave me useful information regarding traveling into Barcelona. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: It would be good if the apartment provided handwash and shower gel and shampoo (even if its a small travel size)

Very cozy apartment near the town centre

Aspectos positivos: The location is good, near the town centre. The apartment was spacious and clean, the balcony was big. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities for a family. The pool was family friendly and very cozy in general, also very clean. The baby cot was good. All in all we had a very good stay at the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Some party groups affected the nights but the owners took the problem seriously which was good. The street next to the apartment building is very busy and noisy, we were not so bothered by it but some one else could be.
