Aspectos positivos: La piscina muy limpia y playa muy cerca, zona muy tranquila, supermercados cerca, que tuviera aire acondicionado, wifi, los vecinos muy agradables.

Aspectos negativos: Al instalarnos en el apartamento, nos encontramos el suelo con piedracitas de la playa, no estaba el suelo muy limpio, algunos utensilios de la cocina sucios y de 2 ollitas para cocinar,, una ollita estaba bocabajo y al cogerla para utilizarla estaba toda quemada, faltaba algún utensilios de cocina, en las habitaciones las almohadas de las camas, nos levantabamos con dolor cervical, bastante incómodas y en la cama de matrimonio nos habían puesto 2 sábanas de cama pequeña. Y flipamos cuando nos pidieron 400 euros de fianza y no te los devuelven hasta 7 días después. ( siempre se suele entregar las llaves, van a mirarlo y de devuelven la fianza) Los armarios estaban las manetas sueltas, los tornillos estaban pasados. Y el techo del baño, en la ducha tenía moho.

Beautiful apartment in the Fenals area of Lloret with everything you could possibly need.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious and well equipped apartment which had everything we needed for the week. very clean and tidy. bedrooms were well proportioned with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. comfy beds. Fantastic size balcony which overlooked the gardens and swimming pool. Communal areas were immaculate with floor to ceiling marble. The gardens were very pleasant and the pool was open and very clean - not heated and therefore cold at this time of year but didn’t stop me. I wasn’t even expecting to be able to use the pool so that was a bonus. Perfect location for us - right on the beach, easy (free) parking, a few local restaurants and a short-ish (but very hilly) walk over to Lloret centre where there was more night life and choice of restaurants. Good running routes and some outdoor gyms nearby too. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Endroit super calme , sécurisé, agréable, spacieux , très propre , tout près de la plage. Mihaela à l'écoute , très proche et dans la bienveillance. Merci à vous Mihaela .!! Pour votre professionnalisme. Nous avons l'habitude de louer mon mari et moi en Espagne mais c'est la première fois qu'une personne s'occupe autant de ses locataires.

Aspectos negativos: Le temps cette année n'était pas au rendez-vous mais il ya tellement de belles choses à découvrir.

Aspectos positivos: Хорошее местопложение, до пляжа всего 200 метров, тёплый бассейн, до центра города 10-15 минут пешком.

Aspectos negativos: Все было хорошо.

Aspectos positivos: Прекрасное расположение. Море рядом,магазины рядом. И в то же время нет шума и громкой музыки,как на центральном пляже.

Aspectos negativos: Приехали поздно,устали. Хотелось быстрее заселиться,но пришлось ехать в офис за ключами. Если бы можно было придумать,как получить ключи без заезда, было бы супер! Спасибо,что нам любезно вызвали такси. И ещё маленькая просьба. Надо смазать входную дверь в 029 апартаменты. Скрипит. Уверенна,если бы я сказала раньше,все бы исправили. Но забывала. Утром убегала на пляж,дети спали, и каждый раз думала,надо попросить смазать,что бы детей не будить,но на море забывала обо всем!
