Aspectos positivos: Ubicación perfecta. En el centro de Girona antigua. Quien me entregó las llaves muy amable.

Aspectos positivos: Cat, quién concurrió al momento del check in fue muy amable, me ayudó a llegar y me recomendó lugares. La ubicación es inmejorable y es un sitio muy tranquilo y bonito, en pleno casco histórico. Es en un edificio super antiguo y típico, reciclado y cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: Si hubieras aire acondicionado sería perfecto.

Muy buena ubicación

Aspectos positivos: Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, se podía llegar a los sitios más turísticos andando, estaba todo muy cerca. Que la nevera fuera grande fue algo maravilloso, normalmente siempre nos encontramos con neveras muy pequeñas que no cabe casi nada. Es ideal para parejas.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único con lo que tuvimos problemas fue con el agua caliente, se nos acabó en plena ducha, llamamos y nos explicaron que había que esperar a que se recargarse el agua caliente, evidentemente tuve que terminar de ducharme con agua fría porque no sabíamos cuánto iba a tardar en recargarse. Hasta el día siguiente no volvimos a utilizar el agua caliente para que se recargase todo lo máximo posible, y a mi pareja le pasó exactamente lo mismo que a mi, se quedó sin agua caliente y no llevaba en la ducha ni 5min. Y por último, algo que eché en falta fue una escoba y un recogedor para recoger un poco lo que se ensucia en el día a día.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a fantastic location in the old town. It's located on a very quiet street so it was fine at night and possible to get a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy. Overall it was very clean and plenty room for 1/2 people, although it looked more spacious on the website.

Aspectos negativos: It would be great to have an earlier check in as had to wait til 4 for check in after an early morning flight.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Town. It’s very quiet and feels safe. The apartment itself was tidy, and Catalina was very professional – she explained everything clearly and even gave us recommendations for good local restaurants

Aspectos negativos: However, there were some things that could be improved. The bathroom tiles had mould and the bathroom really needs a deep clean. The dishes and glasses were dusty and greasy, the towels smelled of cigarette smoke, and the cupboards had a musty, suffocating smell. The cleaning service fee was £50, but unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match that price. It was also very hot inside, and there was only one fan. The toilet paper rolls were not new but already partially used. There was no kettle in the apartment

Aspectos negativos: Le micro ne marche pas, c’est bien pas de bol. Au revanche, un four aurait tout changé la donne

Aspectos positivos: Bardzo miła obsługa pani Catalina była bardzo pomocna i podczas całego pobytu odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania związane z atrakcjami noclegiem itp

Aspectos positivos: Cata hat uns im Appartement begrüßt, nachdem sie uns zuvor schon rechtzeitig kontaktiert hatte und alle wichtigen Infos mitgeteilt hatte. Das war ein super Service!
