Bonito apartamento

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional, el alojamiento responde correctamente con las fotografías, estaba limpio y preparado para nuestra llegada con el aire acondicionado puesto, detalle que agradecimos porque hacia mucho calor. La cocina muy completa con toda clase de enseres y menaje, camas muy cómodas. La terraza con vistas al rio se agradece y resulta muy agradable .

Aspectos negativos: La falta de protección de nuestros datos personales, algo que me parece muy grave,ya que recibí dos wasap con enlaces haciendo referencia a pagos, naturalmente no accedimos,me puse en contacto, siempre a través de Booking, con el teléfono de Flateli, y comunique lo ocurrido . Todo ello me hizo dudar y pensar que el apartamento fuese una estafa.

Aspectos positivos: Estupendo apartamento con mucho encanto en la Rambla. Amplio y muy luminoso. Maravillosa terraza para disfrutar del desayuno. Completamente equipado, lavadora, plancha, jabón, etc.., no tuvimos que comprar nada. La ubicación inmejorable ya que está en el centro.

A lovely, comfortable apartment worth the unfortunate 'admin' frustrations.

Aspectos positivos: Great location next to the tourist office in the old town Girona, easy walking distance to most places. Comfortable apartment. Wonderful views from terrace. We thought the location on riverside might be overlooking a dried out river bed with plastic rubbish chucked in it (as in so many places these days). But it was fabulously full of clear water, plants and wildlife! Coypus, kingfishers, egrets, cormorants, even a couple of parakeets, were among the wildlife entertainment we saw everyday from our balcony. In the evenings mini-murmurations of birds swept around and settled on the aerials atop the buildings opposite. The houses and bridges along the river were architecturally very attractive. Mesmerising! And in late September early October we had great weather to appreciate it.

Aspectos negativos: The company that let the flat (Flateli) were hopeless. We chose the flat as it offered nearby secure parking but all my advance questions about parking were fobbed off until eventually they told me they only actually book the parking a few days before and it was a 7 minute walk from the flat (not great when you have a huge amount of heavy luggage and limited mobility. I need information so I can plan in advance, not a few days before when we are already touring and possibly no phone signal or internet. Confirming the parking and paying for it, trying to find out how and when to access the property was an ordeal with multiple message exchanges through Booking.com. We also needed to know if we could park near the property to unload our luggage as it is in a vehicle limited area. It felt like the message exchanges were with a bot and I started to think the whole thing was a scam. Eventually had to phone and the person I spoke to was much more helpful. We found out we had to collect the keys from a different location but when we arrived to pick up the keys they weren't there!!! Assuming the keys had not yet been placed there we waited around until eventually I got an email explaining they had given me the wrong box number! However, all was well that ends well and apart from reversing our car down the one way road to access the flat, the multiple steep stairs we had to drag our luggage up (my fault for not querying this) the apartment was extremely nice and very well located. Not sure I'd use the letting company again though.

I'd recommend it to anyone for a great city break.

Aspectos positivos: The location was amazing, in a central part of Girona near the old town. The Flateli staff were very friendly and helpful, even ordering a taxi for us to the airport. Lovely spacious rooms with a veranda overlooking the river where we saw Egrets, Kingfishers, large Mullet and Coypu and many birds. A lovely Georgian restaurant nearby.

Aspectos negativos: We couldn't get the coffee machine to work but plenty of good value cafe's neaby

Aspectos positivos: The location (next to the tourist office), at the entrance of the old town. The balcony with view on the river and its wildlife. The style and the decoration combined with modern facilities (A/C).

We had a really good stay at our apartment, making Girona one of our favourite stays.

Aspectos positivos: Having a twin balcony aspect across the river on one side and the rambla on the other was a really good feature of the property. We could air the place during rain, because balconies were on opposite sides of the apartment

Aspectos negativos: More coffee pods would've been nice. I think we had 4 pods, which doesn't go far. We bought some at the local market,

Flateli needs to up it's game!

Aspectos positivos: Nice bright apartment due to the dual aspect windows. Great location.

Aspectos negativos: A few minor issues - smell from shower drain, shoddy silicone sealant around shower (a pet peeve). The apartment was quiet noisy upto about 2 a.m, also Feyenoord supporters singing in the Rambla for 3 nights although this didn't bother us too much, but I certainly wouldn't want to stay here when Liverpool or Arsenal roll into town. What was unacceptable is that Flateli gave our key to another client by mistake, luckily we were in at the time and no harm was done apart from it also being an inconvenience for the other clients.

Brilliant holiday due to the location!

Aspectos positivos: The ease of access with a late arrival, the cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the spacious living area, having a washing machine, the large balcony

Aspectos negativos: The bed was a little small for a double
