Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy espacioso, luminoso, limpio y extremadamente cómodo. Dos baños, dos duchas, dos habitaciones, perfecto tanto para una pareja como para una familia entera. Finca segura. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo tipo de comercios, en una zona muy tranquila y familiar, y a pocos minutos andando del centro histórico. Además queda muy cerca de la estación de trenes, nada más de 5 minutos andando

Aspectos negativos: El proceso de recogida de las llaves: no fue ideal pero tampoco nos supuso un problema. También nos fue un poco difícil tirar la basura ya que los contenedores en Girona se abren con tarjeta (para residentes) y en cuanto turistas no la teníamos.

Aspectos positivos: We visited during the low season. The apartment was very spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and major attractions. Communication with Flateli was easy, and they were highly responsive. I highly recommend it.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very spacious and the location was ideal. The showers were excellent and the air conditioning was good. The beds were comfortable and the amenities all worked ok.

Aspectos negativos: The floors were dusty and the sofas were not very comfortable. There was no pot towel for drying the crockery and glasses. A few more oven dishes would be useful for making oven meals.

Spacious and stylish apartment in a good location.

Aspectos positivos: There's lots to like about this place. It is a modern, spacious and stylish apartment which is well equipped with good facilities. An excellent location which is easily walkable to the train station and in to town. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bedrooms. Good bathrooms. Effective soundproofing from the outside noise. A responsive support team who were able to supply a very useful second set of keys for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Aspectos negativos: These suggestions are intended as constructive feedback. The open plan living area was very spacious but under furnished and lacked character. It did not have suitable seating for 4 people. There is a stylish looking fitted sofa which faces into the room but it is not comfortable. This space really needs a second sofa to create a better social area and to face the great view out on to the square. Also a larger coffee table, a rug and some pictures on the walls would be some nice finishing touches. The entrance hall needs hanging facilities for coats. The second bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell which can no doubt be resolved with maintenance.
