Buen alojamiento para visitar Girona, pero no podrás aparcar fácilmente

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente. La casa está muy nueva y cuidada. La calidad es muy buena. El aislamiento acústico es perfecto.

Aspectos negativos: Ajustes menores como el desagüe del lavabo o la falta de tostadora. El kit de limpieza de cocina es realmente minúsculo, una pastilla extra de lavavajilas nos hubiera venido bien. No hay escurreplatos en el fregadero. El ascensor no llega a la planta baja. No se puede aparcar más que en aparcamientos de pago y son carísimos. La zona azul permite aparcar sin coste por la noche, pero sólo hasta las 08:00, y los festivos. La policía parece que viva en la misma plaza.

Buena situación, perfecto si llegas en coche.

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, con parking muy cerca si llegas en coche. Hay 4 plazas de minusválido justo enfrente, por si necesitas de ellas, y casi siempre hay alguna libre. Tienes a dos minutos caminando la oficina de turismo, el barrio judío, los principales museos... (recomendable el museo del cine, muy bien montando).

Aspectos negativos: Hasta el primer piso, tienes que subir escaleras, por la imposibilidad de colocar el ascensor hasta abajo. A partir del primer piso, sin problemas. (Eso sí, hay una silla eléctrica adosada a la barandilla desde el rellano de entrada de la finca hasta el primer piso).

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación genial, cómodo y moderno. Cocina equipada y dormitorio principal amplio.

Aspectos negativos: El dormitorio pequeño queda muy justo para dos camas, que se tienen que ubicar de una manera que impiden abrir el balcón

Aspectos negativos: El ascensor no funcionó x 2 días tuvimos que bajar todo nuestro equipaje x escalera 2 pisos , le falta lugar donde guardar la ropa la 2 habitación es pata niños no hay lugar

Aspectos positivos: Great location in the heart of Girona but only about 10-15 mins walk from the train station. Apartment is a very good size and having 2 toilets was a bonus. Easy to get in and out of the building.

Aspectos negativos: Watch the step when you enter the apartment!!

A great little apartment in a super location, right in the middle of Girona with river & city views.

Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment is superb, right on the edge of the old town, close to the shops and restaurants and with great views from the front across a pedestrianised square and down the river with the iconic Girona river-facing buildings and the Cathedral spire in the skyline. The design of flat itself is stunning, quite modern in style but with beautiful exposed old bricks and a feature ceiling in the main living space.

Aspectos negativos: The flat wasn't the cleanest on arrival, with dusty floors under/around the beds and around the entrance hall and bathrooms. There are quite a lot of dirty marks on the walls through the hallway too. Despite confirming x4 guests, the flat was made up for the x3 guests and we had to make up one of the beds at 2.30am when we arrived - not great after a long day of travel. There are two bedrooms but the smaller of the two can only really fit one single bed, so we had to move the pull out bed from there into the larger bedroom so that everyone was comfortable. Fortunately that larger room has space for a single bed, as well as the double bed.

Perfect in every way for us!

Aspectos positivos: Plaça Catalunya, n 25 (Flateli) was the perfect spot. I’d add when staying here we were super conscious that we were in residential Apt block. We also live in an Apt but not with holiday lets. Quiet consideration is key for those living there. It was a beautifully designed Apt and had everything we needed. It was perfectly situated close to everywhere we needed to explore: old town, the river, city walls, the park and walking distance to train station for airport. We loved Girona and would return to this Apt again. Thanks 🌟

Aspectos positivos: Parfaitement bien placé à côté de centre historique tout est accessible à pied point négatif parking

Excel.lent situació i molt confortable i tranquil. Ben equipat.

Aspectos negativos: Ascensor a partir de la planta pis. Aigua calenta en algun moment costa que arribi a la dutxa.

Aspectos positivos: Unproblematische Kommunikation, Online Anmeldung, eigenständige Zugang zu der Wohnung. Alles Top und unkompliziert.
