Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones y la ubicación. Espacioso, bastante fresco ( incluso sin tener aire acondicionado y en lena ola de calor). La ubicación era ideal, en el centro de todo.

Aspectos negativos: No funcionaba el ventilador de techo del comedor.

Muy bueno, pero mejorable a la llegada.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la vista hacia el río son increibles.

Aspectos negativos: La entrada al bloque de apartamentos. Las escaleras oscuras y sucias, aunque no dependa directamente del alojamiento, es algo que no agrada en la llegada. La puerta del bloque roza con la pared y cuesta trabajo cerrarla.

Comodo y limpio! Perfecto para estancias cortas como largas

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación, todo muy limpio y muy bien equipado, comodidad de sofá y cama excelentes

Aspectos negativos: Fue dificil encontrar el apartamento ya que no está bien marcado el numero 15

Piso muy agradable muy bien situado

Aspectos negativos: La entrada, no sé corresponde con el piso. La cama para la cuarta persona es incómoda

Lovely apartment in a great location in Girona

Aspectos positivos: I was a little nervous when we finally found the street door as to what to expect inside, but the apartment was beautifully styled with its combination of brick and wood. It was well furnished and has views from a balcony on both sides. The rooms are a great size and it has all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. We found the location to be superb. In the heart of the old town with many cafes and shops on the doorstep.

Aspectos negativos: We unfortunately endured a smell from the bathroom that would come and go during our stay. This is not the apartments fault, as I noticed it in other buildings as well. The hosts said it was a seasonal issue due to standing water and running the water more often helps (it did). I didn’t notice a comment on this in other reviews, so may have just been the time of year we stayed.

A great apartment in a fantastic location!

Aspectos positivos: Despite reading a previous review saying the apartment was filthy I can only assume they were reviewing another apartment. This one was absolutely spotless. And the view was great for both nature and people spotting. The balcony was big enough to sit two very comfortably. Amazing. The location was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. Bakeries, restaurants, cafes and attractions. Good facilities for cooking. We had a lovely week.

Aspectos negativos: The arrangement for obtaining the keys was a little chaotic, especially in the dark. The key box was further down the street on another building and there was a choice of four with none of them labelled. It’s the last one for future reference 🥴. Once we were at the street door it didn’t look the best and was fiddly and a bit stiff to open.

Aspectos positivos: Location, space, well equipped kitchen, river facing terrace & lane facing balcony , bloomed flower plants pots in the balcony , comfy beds, beautiful ceiling , TV, hot water shower ,small details like iron,iron boards, cloth stand etc ( not used but good to have) , QR code enabled instructions/ wifi , soundproof doors , lighting near bed, large mirror in the passage ( useful for workouts) , easy access on foot to station & all locations , best bakeries stone throw away , spar 4 mins away , restaurants bars , shops, boutiques just below the building , Eiffel bridge can be seen from apt. terrace & most important at the check out we forgot something inside , the staff was so kind to reach in short time & help us open door as an exceptional gesture , we could get back what we forgot in the air & also board our train inspite of this little incident only due to co-operation by the courteous & prompt help we received . Truly appreciate.

Aspectos negativos: A couple of dishwasher tablets would be good to have ( liquid for manual washing was there )

Lovely winter stay in Girona

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location. Sitting on the balcony watching the riverlife in the sunshine☺️ Middle of old town with bakery and restaurants virtually next door

Aspectos negativos: Stair case was difficult to manoeuvre with bikes and bags. Could have done with another set of keys as we had to coordinate with each other to get keys if one of us was out.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, perfect for us. Very well prepped in the kitchen and had everything we needed.

Aspectos negativos: The drains were a little smelly, but I think this was an end of summer thing, nothing awful.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location and layout. Very well equipped.

Aspectos negativos: Getting the keys is problematic. The guest registration portal was not functioning. It took several calls to finally just get the information to get access to the keys. THIS is another problem. You are required to go to bldg. #26 to get the keys from a lockbox. THEN the actual door to access the property is #15. THERE IS NO #15! The door that you access is not numbered. When you do finally locate it, it looks like you are entering an abandoned crack house. However, once you know where it is the actual apartment is amazing! Lots of room, comfy bed and a patio that looks out over the river. Overall one of the best properties I have stayed at and I travel several weeks each year. Just be prepared for the initial difficulties in getting the keys and finding the door.
