Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del apartamento es espectacular, en pleno centro histórico. Cerca de los principales monumentos. Para acceder a las llaves es muy fácil y te lo explican genial. Cerca del apartamento hay parking gratuito lo cual facilita muchísimo. La limpieza del apartamento era muy buena. Relación precio genial. Volveremos.

Aspectos negativos: Todo nos gustó

Aspectos positivos: Excelente alojamiento en un lugar privilegiado de Gerona. En plena Gerona Vella, invita a pasear por sus calles empedradas, una experiencia para repetir, sin duda. Las vistas del alojamiento, increíbles!!

Apartamento céntrico y funcional

Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, y con unas vistas magníficas. Esas vistas le dan encanto al apartamento.

Aspectos negativos: Algunos elementos necesitan mantenimiento: faltan tres estores de ventanas, dos en salón y uno en dormitorio superior. Una de las ventanas del salón no acaba de cerrar bien (menos mal que no era invierno). La mampara de la ducha del baño superior es un poco estrecha. La nevera es muy ruidosa.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was perfectly located. Very spacy and equipped with all we needed for a few days stay. Very cooperative hosts, that went the extra mile to accommodate our requests.

Aspectos positivos: Location and views from the apartment were fabulous. Well stocked, comfortable and clean. Parking close by. Everything you could need.

Aspectos negativos: Toilet upstairs broken and fan on its last legs so pretty hot in the bedroom upstairs.

Nice apartment with great views in the heart of Girona's old town

Aspectos positivos: Nice and spacious. Great location with a WONDERFUL view. We were only there for two nights and really it was just a place to sleep since I wanted to spend every waking hour wandering Girona, but it was a great little spot. If I were staying a full week in Girona I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Aspectos negativos: Other reviews mention it, but yeah. The bathrooms have an odor issue with a sewer gas smell coming from the drains. BUT - while noticeable - it wasn't really *that* bad. It's not like I hang out in a bathroom all day. The review claiming they had to open windows and could never eat in the apartment is over stating it big time. Maybe it fluctuates or depends on time of year, but we just shut the bathroom door and ignored it. Beyond that - we had a slight issue with the door locks being really stiff, making it hard to use the deadbolt, but that wasn't that big a deal either. The host was responsive to an email regarding the issue and that was good enough for me.

Lovely apartment but smelly drains

Aspectos positivos: Location was fantastic, apartment was spacious, two lovely comfortable beds, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, everything you could need.

Aspectos negativos: The smell of the drains 🤢 it was really awful, I know it's an old building but it really made us feel sick. Was worse in the afternoon, we had to open all the windows, that helped a bit but we could never have eaten in there.

Aspectos positivos: Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert! Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wirklich toll! Ein Bäcker ist gleich gegenüber und alles andere ist auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt ( Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten…). Die Betten waren bequem!

Aspectos negativos: Der Geruch im oberen Badezimmer ist sehr unangenehm. Wir haben es so gelöst, dass wir fast ausschließlich das untere Bad benützt haben und Klosteine gekauft haben. Wenn man den Ventilator länger laufen lässt wird es auch deutlich besser, aber das Problem sollte dringend seitens des Vermieters gelöst werden! Was weniger unangenehm aber lästig war ist, dass der Kühlschrank sehr laut war! Und zu erwähnen bleibt dass die Rollos nur teilweise funktionstüchtig sind!
