Ubicación inmejorable y con encanto

Aspectos positivos: Tiene mucha luz, es cómodo porque tiene un baño arriba y otro abajo

Aspectos negativos: Pues hubiera sido un detalle que hubiese cápsulas para la cafetera, fairy para lavar los platos o pastillas del lavavajillas

Recomendable para una estancia de visita a Girona

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es cómodo, muy amplio y buena distribución de los espacios con habitaciones grandes que permite una gran comodidad. Está ubicado en una zona excelente del barrio antiguo que permite buena comunicación y a la vez es un lugar tranquilo. Si bien son dos pisos por escaleras no resulta incómodo a no ser que se vaya con equipaje muy voluminoso o pesado. Tiene amplias ventanas en al parte inferior, con buena luz y ventilación. También resalto la existencia de lavadora y secadora que es un servicio muy importante cuando te quedas varios días como fue nuestro caso. También destacar la cocina con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y utensilios de cocina para preparar alimentos o para comer y desayunar de una forma cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: El proceso posterior a la reserva hasta la entrada es excesivamente burocrático, con una gran infinidad de datos que se solicitan y preguntas frecuentes que obligan a estar pendientes del correo o de los mensajes. Tampoco me pareció amable lo del cobro de la fianza, pero entiendo que por el tipo de administración lo solicitan. Sugiero dar una revisión de mantenimiento. No tiene aire acondicionado pero sí nos dijeron tenía dos ventiladores, pero solo había uno, lo mismo con los secadores de pelo. Las ventanas de la habitación principal de arriba todas tenían problemas, no funcionaban las persianas o estaban rotas con lo que, para la noche dejarlas abiertas que permitiera la entrada de aire no era sencillo. Lo mismo las persionas de abajo del salón que las cuerdas están ya muy deterioradas y alguna rota. La cocina tenía todo, pero, un detalle menor, pero que serviría revisarlo, es que solamente tiene dos copas en un alojamiento que es para varias personas.

Aspectos positivos: PARA EL TEMPS DE FLORS QUE SE CELEBRA EN GIRONA LA UBICACIÓN DEL APARTAMENTO ES INMEJORABLE, ESTAS A 50 METROS DEL RECORRIDO, EN PLENO CASCO ANTIGUO.

Aspectos negativos: EL DESAGUE DE LOS LAVAVOS, TANTO EL DE ABAJO COMO EL DE ARRIBA, ESTABAN LIGERAMENTE ATASCADOS, SI ABRES EL GRIFO PARA LAVARTE LAS MANOS NO DESAGUA LO SUFICIENTE Y SE ENCHARCA. NADA MAS QUE RESALTAR, EL RESTO PERFECTO.

Ubicación perfecta en el corazón de Girona.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era inmejorable, muy cerca de la catedral. El edificio bastante nuevo y con parking dentro. El apartamento era espacioso y cómodo para compartir con otra persona y trabajar allí.

Aspectos negativos: Había algunos desperfectos como varios enchufes o interruptores de lámparas que se desmontaban. El lavavajillas tenía una lámina que lo cubría que se caía y no cerraba bien la puerta, con lo que parecía que se iba a abrir en funcionamiento.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento en si, esta muy bien equipado y es miy bonito

Aspectos negativos: No es para dias calurosos, pasamos calor por la noche

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional, y disponer de parking en el centro de la ciudad es todo un lujo.

Aspectos negativos: No estaba suficientemente limpio respecto a lo que se espera de un apartamento de este tipo.

A nice apartment in an ideal location with everything within easy walking distance.

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable, clean and on the edge of the old town. The location means most of what one would want to see in Girona is easily accessible on foot. It is ideal for a couple or a family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is secure parking in the underground garage on site. The apartment is light and airy with plenty of space. There is a 300 euro security deposit to pay in advance online. I'm pleased to see it was repaid in full a few days after we left the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: It is on the third floor or fourth if you come up from the garage, so the climb is only for those with reasonable fitness since there is no lift. If you book this apartment, make sure you arrange with the keyholder/administrator to meet you at the rising bollard that restricts vehicular entry into this part of the old town. You need a remote control for the bollard. Unless you are lucky and someone has just entered or exited you won't be able to drive through without the remote. We were lucky. The keyholder was at the apartment and gave us the control. Perhaps the administrator of the apartment - a company in Barcelona, WinHost - should ensure the guest is forewarned and the keyholder thinks about how the guest will access the area if the bollard is up! It ain't rocket science!

Amazing apartment, fantastic location

Aspectos positivos: The location in the old town is incredible and gives the opportunity to really feel the atmosphere of the place. Having an underground secure car parking space is very useful as I would recommend to do a few road trips to the neighbouring villages and towns. One point to note is that the entrance to the car park is along a narrow street, so a large car could struggle to get through (just for reference, I had an Opel Corsa and that was fine). Would recommend visiting the market that is only 15 minutes on foot from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The hosts kindly accommodated a very late check in, by using secure lock box, the process was easy and had good instructions. Would definitely recommend to all and go back again myself.

Well situated place to experience wonderful Girona.

Aspectos positivos: Cleanliness, laundry facilities, location and view.

Aspectos negativos: Awkward having to collect keys from a lock box quite a distance from apartment when you have arrived by train, have luggage and have caught a taxi to apartment. Some tea, coffee, milk supplies, shampoo etc would be good when you are paying a significant tariff.

Aspectos positivos: Location was superb, facilities were exactly as described. We were delayed on our arrival so the instructions to collect the keys were very clear along g with apartment entry process.

Aspectos negativos: Apartment is on 2nd floor without a lift. Carpark is in basement so be aware you are up and down a lot of fairly narrow stairs - not for the unfit.
