Modern, spacious apartment in an outstanding location, that needs some attention to detail.
Aspectos positivos: The location is the high point of this property. Sitting with a drink on the balcony overlooking the beach after a day of swimming and sunbathing is unbeatable. There are four lovely sandy swimming coves within 5 minutes walk, the closest being the beach right in front of the apartment. Calella de Palafrugell is a fantastic resort; no high-rise developments, no rowdiness, lots of nice bars and restaurants, and I don't think I've ever swum in a cleaner sea. Although, the apartment is above a row of three restaurants we were never disturbed by noise. It just isn't that kind of place. The apartment is clean, modern, bright and airy. The lounge area is comfortable and the open plan kitchen is modern and spacious.The hob and microwave are bang up to date and easy to use, the beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning is efficient and easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our week of relaxation here, and it set us up perfectly before the hustle and bustle of Barcelona
Aspectos negativos: The kitchen could be better equipped. Although we enjoy eating out we also like preparing meals at home when on a self-catering holiday. There was only one tea-towel, no kettle, a very limited range of pots and pans, a poor selection of kitchen knives and chopping boards, and it seems stingy to leave 2 dishwasher tablets. There is an allocated parking garage on a neighbouring street but we never used it as the electronic key fob didn't open the door. However we had no difficulty finding on-street parking, and also found a free car park.

Delightful Apartment. Amazing Location. Wonderful Hosts!
Aspectos positivos: Everything about the apartment was better than expected. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we received the keys and that we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The location was INCREDIBLE! Right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants/bars and shops. We were blown away by the view from the balcony - straight on to the beach! The apartment was bright and airy and because of the aircon stayed lovely and cool. The beds were comfortable and ample storage was provided. The living space was large with an extremely comfortable couch and tonnes of seating. We could not have felt more at home or comfortable during our stay and would have stayed longer!
Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we did not like about our stay here. The apartment, the location and the hosts exceeded our expectations. My only suggestion would be to put a small bedside lamp in each bedroom.

Aspectos positivos: - Schönes Apartment mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer und sehr geräumig. - Sehr bequeme Betten und Decken, Kissen
Aspectos negativos: - Ausstattung hat sicherlich Luft nach oben in der Küche. - Super Lage, man muss aber wissen, dass es im ersten Stock ist und die Garage und Abfallcontainer etwa 5 minuten entfernt sind. Für uns war es in Ordnung

Fantastic few days in a spacious apartment in an idyllic location.
Aspectos positivos: Overall a fantastic apartment in a great location. We were a family of 6 with children aged 5-12 and felt it was perfect for our needs. If driving, the parking provided is good but it is tight for those in an MPV - we had a VW multi van and managed with a bit of patience. The host was excellent and very good answering questions and providing information. We were informed at the time of booking that there would be a large stage on the beach due to the weekend music concert and overall enjoyed the music but sadly the final night was cancelled due to a storm. We still managed to get a spot on Port Bo beach each day despite some of it not being available. The whole area is stunning and there’s plenty of dining options on the doorstep.
