Apartamento de lujo con vistas al mar

We had a super nice stay in Calella Parafrugell. Felt almost like home!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is super cozy and really nice. Super nice view on the ocean and really calm area around. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. What we liked most was our host Josep. He is really caring and makes everything possible you can think of. I personally never experience such a nice and super helpful host before.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we did not like.

Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent and we could park outside. The view was nice we could see the sea and the sunrise and the moon at night. it was calm and quiet - but we were the only guests in the block as it was mid-October. The host was very nice and helpful with information and he was polite always on time and was interested in us as visitors. He came prepared to do any small repairs at the end of our stay, helped us with our bags. The apartment was very clean and new and all the kitchen equipment was spotless. Could get to town or the beach very easily on foot.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment was smaller than we expected from the photographs.The main bedroom had no drawers to put clothes The smaller bedroom was very small and would not have been at all comfortable for two adults. There was no microwave or dishwasher (not enough space). it would be chilly after October as the apartment faced due east and there was no sun after about 9.00 am. The wooden furniture was a bit rickety. sofa and cushions and outside chairs were good

La estadía superó nuestras espectativas, y José María fue súper amable durante nuestra estadía. Volveríamos sin duda.

Vacanza a Calella

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento in posizione favolosa, con spettacolare vista sulla baia di Calella e a pochi passi dal centro, dai servizi (supermercato Spar) e dalla spiaggia di Sant Roc. Altre spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi percorrendo lo storico Camì de Ronda. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato e tutti gli spazi sono stati sfruttati con intelligenza. È presente una lavatrice, molto utile per un lungo soggiorno. C'è anche un bel televisore Google. Josep è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Aspectos negativos: Praticamente nulla. L'unico neo è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, che in alcuni giorni particolarmente torridi sarebbe stata utile. Ad ogni modo, dato il clima secco praticamente non ci sono zanzare, quindi si possono tranquillamente tenere le finestre aperte anche la sera. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma ho sempre trovato posto davanti a casa.
