Estancia muy agradable y cómoda

Aspectos positivos: La localización es estupenda, 1 min andando a la playa del Canadell, al lado del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila, perfecto para dormir. El apartamento es amplio, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y un buen salón además de 2 terrazas por las que normalmente corre aire. Esta bien equipado de electrodomésticos y menaje para cocinar y comer. Estaba todo limpísimo y ordenado. Te dejan champú, gel , papel higiénico y un pequeño set de limpieza para la cocina.

Aspectos negativos: En la habitación de arriba sería necesario aire acondicionado, los días quemas amor hizo se hacía difícil dormir ahí porque si abrías la puerta de la terraza al no haber mosquitera, entraban mosquitos y con la puerta cerrada hace calor a pesar del ventilador. Algunas piezas de mobiliario son antiguas y podrían ser actualizadas.

Aspectos positivos: Communication via booking.com was easy and prompt. We loved the location, the car park, the lift for luggage, the balconies and bedrooms, overall the apartment was ideal for us. The kettle was faulty and was quickly replaced on request. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were provided and of good quality. The crib was a cute addition even if we didn't need it. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean.

Aspectos negativos: It was exceptionally hot weather so air-conditioning would have been beneficial although we managed with the fans provided. Had we been there a week earlier when temperatures hit 37 degrees it would have been very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked a pair of scissors and more than one tall mug for tea drinkers. A table cloth and two more placemats would be useful.

Overall a lovely stay. We loved it and would happily recommend to others staying in the area. The location is perfect.

Aspectos positivos: The location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, walking paths, shops and beach. Light and bright and spacious. The master bedroom is beautiful. The double terraces are a great feature.

Aspectos negativos: A few small issues of some wear and tear. The sliding balcony door didn’t lock (wasn’t a huge issue as we still felt safe) the blind in the bedroom was a bit shabby. A cracked glass and some stains on the couch. All minor issues, just good for the owner to know if they have the property run by an agency. The deposit situation is also quite steep. So when €500 is taken upfront. You have to place a lot of trust that these minor issues won’t land on you. Thankfully this wasn’t an issue, just a small inconvenience.

Aspectos positivos: Great location and very spacious. It is the perfect place in the perfect spot for a beach vacation.

Aspectos negativos: It is very run down. Could use some minor touches that would go a long way, like fresh coat of painting on the walls or newer appliances around the house.
