All in all Sa Riera is a wonderful village in a beautiful part of Costa Brava - highly recommend

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the restaurants, supermarket, and beach. The walk is incredibly steep though and while we were comfortable with this after a few days of adjusting to the heat it wouldn't be suitable for those who struggle. The apartment suited us well, the kitchen is basic as is the bathroom but the view from the main bedroom and balcony more than made up for it. It is a stunning view. The beds were really comfortable, the balcony a good size, onsite parking which was a real bonus as the roads throughout the village were busy with cars parking for the beach. The rental staff were excellent, incredibly accommodating with checkin time and very friendly. Shout out to Raul! We have booked for next year! The village itself is lovely, 4-5 restaurants - busy but a chill vibe.

Aspectos negativos: Having read a previous review I was a little concerned about the ants however we kept the food away and cleaned up so we didn't really have a problem. There is no air con which would have been ideal in the August heat however the tree outside the balcony keeps it shaded and we used the shutters to keep the apartment cooler in the day and kept the windows open at night. Maybe fans would work. Only a few hangers in the wardrobe - for four people incl two teen girls we definitely could have done with more!

Aspectos positivos: Lokatie is prima, het strand is op loopafstand. Top strand! En lekkere restaurants en een supermarktje.

Aspectos negativos: Wel wat last van mieren gehad.
